About The Author

The author is a Registered Civil Engineer (PE), a Certified Cost Engineer (CCE), and a Decision and Risk Management Professional (DRMP). This book represents observations made over a period of some thirty years in the power, oil and gas, and chemical industries. While some elements of this story are specific to those industries, the lessons are universal to the EPC world.
