Soares, Jair C.: - Jair C. Soares is Professor and Chair of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston, Texas. He is a past president of the International Society on Affective Disorders, and the American Association for Chairs of Departments of Psychiatry.
