Quek, Tony Q. S.: - Tony Q. S. Quek is an Associate Professor at the Singapore University of Technology and Design, and a scientist at the Institute for Infocomm Research. He is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and a co-editor of the book Small Cell Networks (Cambridge, 2013).

Simeone, Osvaldo: - Osvaldo Simeone is an Associate Professor affiliated with the Center for Wireless Communications and Signal Processing Research at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
