About The Author

Kellett, Trish: - Since 2010, Trish has directed the Hogan Coaching Network, a global group of 50 expert consultants specializing in Hogan assessments and leadership coaching. She coauthored Coaching the Dark Side of Personality, a leading guide to the Hogan Development Survey, and Reputation: A Leader's Path to Career Success, which frames leadership through reputation.Before joining Hogan, she spent 15 years in leadership assessment and consulting, including as a practice leader at Manchester, Inc. and in her own firm, advising leaders across industries. Earlier, she held executive roles at AT&T and National Service Industries, leading teams of up to 2,000 and managing revenues up to $650 million across operations, strategy, sales, marketing, and HR.Trish is Principal and Co-founder of Targeted Solutions International and has held senior leadership roles in consulting and industry. She holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Duke University and an M.B.A. from the University of Miami and completed the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School.Her clients include global organizations such as AT&T, Boeing, Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, PepsiCo, and Novartis.

Sahm, Jackie: - Jackie is Vice President of Integrated Solutions at Hogan, where she leads efforts to deliver seamless, tailored assessment solutions, manage intellectual property, and drive innovative applications. She brings over 15 years of experience in assessment, talent management, and leadership development.Previously, Jackie held director-level roles overseeing product development and global learning and development at Hogan. She also spent a decade as a senior consultant, partnering with Fortune 500 organizations worldwide to apply Hogan assessments across selection, succession, and executive development.She has led the development of numerous assessment-based solutions, including high-potential programs, change management tools, structured interview systems, and executive team interventions. Jackie regularly facilitates workshops, directs executive development initiatives, and provides coaching and feedback to leaders across industries.She holds an M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Florida.
