Lena Sobel has a M.Sc. in Engineering Physics, and since 1994 has developed organizations, groups and individuals. A significant part of her work is management development and leadership courses that include coaching. Another essential element in her work is mentoring. She has written "The Mentor - a practical guide" with Jöran Hultman. Her company, Sobel Development is headquartered in Västerås, Sweden; but Lena works throughout Europe. She is a certified coach by the International Coach Federation at the ACC level. Søren Holm studied behavioral sciences at Stockholm University and has worked with training and leadership since 1984. He was one of the first coaches in Sweden and has played a significant role in establishing coaching in the Nordic countries and internationally. Through his company, Mastercoach Sweden, Søren delivers leadership development through training, lectures and coaching of leaders and teams. Mastercoach Sweden is headquartered in Stockholm, but Søren works throughout the country and the world. Søren is the author of "A development Reader" and a certified coach by the International Coach Federation at the PCC level.
