David A. Winter is Professor Emeritus of Clinical Psychology at the University of Hertfordshire and former Program Director of its Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. With extensive experience in the UK National Health Service, including as a Head of Clinical Psychology Services, he has also served as a consultant for the World Health Organization and in mental health settings and training courses worldwide. Winter has authored over 200 publications, including Personal Construct Psychology in Clinical Practice and (with co-authors) Personal and Relational Construct Psychotherapy and Trauma, Survival and Resilience in War Zones. He is President of the George Kelly Society, an Associate Editor of the Journal of Constructivist Psychology, and Research Editor of the European Journal of Psychotherapy and Counselling.

Nick Reed is Director of the Centre for Personal Construct Psychology at the University of Hertfordshire. An expert in personal construct psychology, he has applied its theory and methods across various fields, including organizational development, education, and healthcare. Reed has published extensively, including co-editing, and contributions to, The Wiley Handbook of Personal Construct Psychology and co-editing Towards a Radical Redefinition of Psychology. A former practicing solicitor, Reed has also explored the application of personal construct psychology in the contexts of law, sustainability, and education.
