The seismic analysis and design of reinforced concrete (RC) structures, particularly tall buildings, has become increasingly important due to rapid urbanization and the growing demand for high-rise construction. The irregular buildings, the uneven distribution of mass and stiffness leads to complex responses such as numbness, stress concentration, and localized failures. Traditional design approaches, though widely used; are often insufficient to chapter these complexities accuracy. According to IS 1893 (Part 1): 2025, seismic analysis is commonly performed using Equivalent Static Analysis (ESA) and Response Spectrum Analysis (RSA).
