About the Author Partho Pratim Seal is Assistant Professor, Durgapur Society of Management Sciences (DSMS), Durgapur. He was earlier Lecturer at Institute of International Management & Technology, Bengal. He also has 8 years of industry experience and had worked in the food production department of a multi-speciality club in Kolkata and various restaurants in Delhi. He has completed his diploma in hotel management from IHM Chennai, MSc in hotel management from Vinayaka Mission University, Salem, and PG Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) from Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad.
