Dans ce travail, un filtre LC passe bande de second ordre et � facteur de qualit� am�lior� pour le domaine RF est pr�sent�. Ce circuit utilise la technique de compensation des pertes dans le r�sonateur LC qui est compos� par des inductances passives, un groupement des varactors de type PMOS (en mode accumulation) en parall�le afin d'accorder la fr�quence centrale et une r�sistance n�gative diff�rentielle � base de transistors NMOS � couplages crois� pour compenser les pertes. Le filtre dispose d'une tension d'alimentation de 1.5 V consommant un courant total de 4 mA en technologie CMOS 0.35 m de AMS. La plage de fr�quence obtenue est importante (de 1.69 GHz � 2.33 GHz) et elle nous permet d'obtenir un chiffre �lev� en comparaison du m�rite par rapport aux autres travaux effectu�s. Les r�sultats de simulation ont montr� la faible densit� spectrale � l'entr�e du bruit pour ce circuit qui est de l'ordre de 0,11 nV/ Hz, pour la sortie elle est de 2,9 nV/ Hz, ce qui correspond � un facteur de qualit� de 16.65 dB le point de compression � 1 dB est de -33 dBm. Ce circuit se caract�rise par sa stabilit� (apr�s 35 ns) et son fort facteur de qualit� Q �lev� de l'ordre de 175 � 2.1 GHz.
