Reglamento Constitucional Provisorio: Este reglamento, aunque lleva un título similar al anterior, representa un paso adicional en la consolidación de un marco constitucional chileno. A diferencia del reglamento de 1812, este documento probablemente incluye modificaciones y ajustes que reflejan las cambiantes circunstancias políticas y las lecciones aprendidas durante los primeros años de la formación del Estado.

Proyecto de Constitución Provisoria de 1818: Este proyecto es significativo porque se produce en un momento crítico de la lucha de Chile por la independencia. El 1818 fue un año clave, marcado por la victoria en la Batalla de Maipú que aseguró la independencia de Chile. Este proyecto, por tanto, se sitúa en un contexto de creciente confianza y aspiración a una soberanía y organización estatal plenas.

Constitución de 1822: Este documento representa una etapa más consolidada en el desarrollo constitucional de Chile. Tras lograr la independencia de España, Chile se enfrentaba al desafío de construir una nación y un gobierno estables.
