Continuum is the story of a young soldier, Lt. Jakob Daedalus, who lives in a walled city on a distant planet. The alien planet of Ares is home to strange creatures inhabiting a dangerous, untamed Wilderness. One day, while protecting a high ranking politician from assassination, he uncovers the plot of rebel invaders seeking to destroy the city. Now, with his robot protector, DEC, Jakob must journey out into the treacherous Wilderness of the alien world to save his home. He fights for survival as he tries to unlock the mysteries of the alien world and find the rebel army before it's too late.

Rizzi, Gregory: - Gregory Rizzi was born in 1980 in Long Island, NY. He has over 20 years experience as an animator in the film industry. His movie credits include Star Wars: Episode III, Horton Hears a Who, Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaur, Big Hero 6, and Pokemon: Detective Pikachu. His work in feature films fueled his love and devotion to the craft of storytelling. What started out as a fun story for his young son, turned into an eight year long personal odyssey to write a contemporary science fiction morality tale for all young boys to enjoy. With this new book series, he hopes to write an enduring tale for generations of fathers to read aloud for their children, instilling in them a sense of wonder and adventure in the face of life's trials. His first work of fiction, Continuum, is the first in a new series he describes as Dune meets Mad Max in the far reaches of a distant galaxy.
