He has been a Visiting Professor at Stanford University, Michigan Business School, Cornell University, and the European University Institute, and is a Fellow of the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR), the Institute for the Study of Labor (IZA) and the William Davidson Institute, USA SIMONHARRIS lectures in International Strategic Management at the University of Edinburgh, UK. He works with companies concerning their strategic development and on their international growth, doing so with managers and Chief Executives in Scotland, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Sweden, China, Italy and Finland CHARLES HARVEY is Professor of Business History and Management and Dean of Faculty at Strathclyde Business School, UK. He holds a PhD in International Business from the University of Bristol. He has twice won the Wadsworth Prize for excellence in business history.
