Kommunikationsverantwortliche haben erkannt, dass es sich als durchaus lohnend erweist, Budgets klassischer Kampagnen umzuschichten, um sie für zielgerichtete CP-Ma nahmen einzusetzen. Am wirksamsten haben sich hierbei Mitarbeiter- und Kundenpublikationen erwiesen, denn sie transportieren Inhalte durch ihren journalistischen Stil glaubwürdiger als kein anderes Medium. Dabei gilt es jedoch zu beachten, dass die Inhalte individuell an die Zielgruppe angepasst sein müssen, denn nur wer sich angesprochen fühlt, setzt sich auch mit der Botschaft auseinander. Demnach gilt eine CP-Publikation erst dann als erfolgreich, wenn sie neben einer intensiven Nutzung, Botschaften überzeugend vermittelt, das Image stärkt sowie einen positiven Beitrag zur Erhöhung der Kundenbindung und Mitarbeiterloyalität leistet. Bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung ist eine Zusammenarbeit mit externen Kooperationspartnern wie Redaktionsbüros oder Werbeagenturen ratsam, da unprofessionell aufgemachte Titel reputationsschädigend wirken können.

Christian Müller, geb. 1989, ist seit 2015 im Bereich der Business Excellence bei der Siemens AG beschäftigt. Schon während seines Bachelorstudiums an der TU Berlin konnte er fundierte Kenntnisse des Qualitätsmanagements am Fraunhofer IPK erwerben. Hierbei untersuchte er wachsende Trends der Produktionstechnik, wie "Hybride Leistungsbündel" und technisches Risikomanagement, von denen einige Ergebnisse in der Qualitätsmanagement-Zeitschrift "QZ" veröffentlicht wurden. Seine Kenntnisse konnten im Qualitätsmanagement der Powertrain Serienfertigung bei der Daimler AG vertieft und angewandt werden. Hierbei arbeitete er u. a. an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozess- und Produktionssystemen und betreute hinsichtlich dessen die Kunden und Lieferanten. Im Bereich der Business Excellence der Siemens AG arbeitet er heute an der ständigen Optimierung der Fehlervermeidung und der Geschäftsprozesse im Projektmanagement diverser Mobilitätslösungen. Parallel dazu vertieft er seine theoretischen Kenntnisse in einem Masterstudiengang der Produktionstechnik an der TU Berlin, wobei er sich auf Produktionsmanagement im weitesten Sinne spezialisiert hat.
