History is created by two opposing forces; light, and dark; good, and evil. Recent film footage has revealed how "police officers" in the U.S. use tools at their disposal to prey on the vulnerable; every nation has a population it scapegoats. The "officers" kill because this is the ultimate form of destruction, and due to being able to do this in a public forum, it heightens their sense of power, and, thus, their level of pleasure.
