Cross-Training is a management education and quality control tool used to enhance an employee's motivation, knowledge, participation and ability to multitask in a team environment. This PROCESS with its seven derivatives (Productivity, Reliability, Objectivity, Creativity, Efficacy, Satisfaction, and Stimulus) is the result of the author's Process Theory of Perpetual Motivation Positioning (PMP). PMP provides the impetus to PROCESS though stimulus (motivation) and this in turn increases total performance and employee satisfaction. This book will explain the theory behind Cross-Training and suggest ways on how you can design and implement your own system in your company.

Clive Michelsen is a Management Consultant and writer. For the last 15 years Clive has worked and consulted for a variety of companies from medical facili�es, vineyards and breweries to educational facilities and city development groups. Clive has a degree from the University of La Verne in Business Management. Apart from his mother tongue, English, he also speaks Swedish and Afrikaans. Apart from the USA, he has spent the last 22 years shutteling between East & West Europe, Africa, South America and Asia. Long before others, Clive arranged the First Annual Conference on East European Trade held in 1994 in Tallinn, Estonia, with the Prime Ministers of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. His efforts in Estonia paved the way for the Baltic States' rapid integration into the European Union. His multi-cultural background has afforded him the opportunity to learn about people, motivation and management in various settings. Cross-Training is a product of his diversification.
