Zu seinen Forschungsgebieten zählen u.a. organisationsstrukturelle Fragestellungen im Bereich "Higher Education" und strategisches Hochschulmanagement.

Monika Kolb ist wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin und Dozentin am Center for Advanced Sustainable Management (CASM) der Cologne Business School und Trainerin der M3TRIX GmbH.
