Serving as a High Court judge in Calcutta between 1910 and 1925, Hannah also explored ancient chronologies with publications like Ancient Romic Chronology (1919) and The Secret of Egyptian Chronology (1916). His 1919 lectures at Calcutta University, Culture and Kultur Race-origins, examined the origins of races and cultures, reflecting his interdisciplinary expertise in language, law, and history.
