DANCEchARTS is een flexibel systeem dat dansdocenten aanmoedigt om het grotere plaatje van een dansopleiding te zien. Vanuit dat macroperspectief maken ze keuzes die het raamwerk voor hun onderwijs vormgeven. Zodra dat gebeurd is kunnen ze hun lesprogramma samenstellen door relevante inhoud en methodieken toe te voegen.

Natalie Gordon is artistiek coördinator van de bachelor en educatieve master Dans aan het Koninklijk Conservatorium Antwerpen. Ze volgde een dansopleiding aan de University of Roehampton in Londen, specialiseerde zich in labanotation aan het Labanotation Institute aan de University of Surrey en werd Certified Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analyst via het Integrated Movement Studies- programma aan de University of Utah in de Verenigde Staten. Natalie is co-artistiek leider van Retina Dance Company en heeft eerder gewerkt voor Random Dance/Wayne McGregor. Als onderzoekster bestudeert ze lesmethodes en de rol en ontwikkeling van vocabulaire binnen het hedendaagse dansonderwijs.
