Diese Seminararbeit betrachtet den Komplex der Dienstleistungsproduktion, ihrer Elemente und Strukturen sowie der übergreifenden Darstellung der Dienstleistung als Prozess. Ziel ist die Herausarbeitung der wesentlichen Merkmale von Dienstleistungen im Vergleich zur klassischen Sachgüterproduktion im Rahmen einzelner Begrifflichkeiten, bekannter Modelle und in der Prozessdarstellung.
