Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2012 im Fachbereich Psychologie - Entwicklungspsychologie, Note: 2,0, Technische Universität Dresden (Institut für Pädagogische Psychologie), Veranstaltung: Motivationsförderung, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die vorliegende Seminararbeit wird sich aufgrund dessen mit einer Variante der Motivationsförderung auseinandersetzen, um gleichsam Aussagen hinsichtlich dieser Thematik generieren zu können. Im Zentrum der Analyse steht die Frage, ob Lernprozesse mithilfe des ARCS-Modells von John Keller effektiver gestaltet werden können. Ebenso gilt es, dieses Konstrukt auf seine Potentiale hinsichtlich der Motivationssteigerung zu prüfen. Seine Legitimation findet das Thema in zwei Beobachtungen der empirischen Interessenforschung, wodurch erneut die Dringlichkeit der Motivation benannt werden kann. Zum einen lässt sich ein kontinuierliches Sinken des Interesses an schulischen Inhalten im Laufe der Schulzeit nachweisen (Vgl. Todt 1990: S. 253 ff.), zum anderen gilt der Lernort Schule als nur wenig interessensfördernd, wodurch beispielsweise der Familie oder dem Freundeskreis eine erheblich höhere Bedeutung bei der Entwicklung der individuellen Interessen beigemessen wird. (Vgl. Fölling-Albers 1995: S. 25) Anhand dieser Darstellungen wird deutlich, dass es zunehmend die Aufgabe der Lehrenden ist, den Schülerinnen und Schüler eine effektive Lernumgebung zu bieten, durch welche sie für den Unterricht gleichsam motiviert werden. Im Folgenden sollen daher der theoretische Hintergrund sowie der empirische Erkenntnis-stand dargestellt werden, um abschlie ende Schlussfolgerungen generieren zu können. Zunächst empfiehlt es sich, die grundlegenden Definitionen der Thematik darzustellen, sodass gleichsam eine Basis für die weitere Auseinandersetzung geschaffen ist. Ebenso wird das ARCS-Modell in einen theoretischen Kontext zu ähnlichen motivationsfördernden Modellen gesetzt. Anschlie end muss das zu bearbeitende Konstrukt in seinen Bedingungen, Faktoren, Funk
