Dabei soll zunächst das Personalauswahlinstrument vorgestellt werden, indem näher auf allgemeine Grundlagen eingegangen wird. Daraufhin folgt die Analyse der drei testtheoretischen Gütekriterien Objektivität, Reliabilität und Validität im Rahmen der Interviewform des unstrukturierten und strukturierten Vorstellungsgesprächs, anhand derer die Qualität des Einstellungsinterviews als Leistungsmessinstrument in der Personalauswahl grundsätzlich sichergestellt werden soll. Im Anschluss daran wird das Multimodale Interview als möglicher Lösungsansatz zur Verbesserung der Qualität des leistungsdiagnostischen Einstellungsinterviews vorgestellt und erläutert. Die Arbeit schlie t mit einer zusammenfassenden Darstellung der vorher erörterten Aspekte und gibt einen Ausblick in die unternehmerische Zukunft der Auswahlprozesse.
