Huskies like adventure. Dash is no exception. He lives to explore, run, enjoy life, and take a few risks with his best buddies, Molly and Max.

At the end of a long summer of ranch work, Max and Molly decide to climb a mountain with Dash before the start of school. Although the climb of Mt. Sargent is tiring, they still have the energy to slide down a large snow field, right on their butts. This is called glissading. You go fast, and you don't always end up where you planned. That's what happens to Max. He is unable to stop and finds himself on a ledge in a deep crevasse. Molly has to find a way to get him out, and Dash seems to present the only hope.

Based on true stories and a very real dog!
