About The Author

Hari Shankar Asthana (Ph.D.) is Reader, Department of Psychology at Kumaun University, Nanital (Almora Campus), Uttarakhand. He has also served as Assistant Director (Behavioural Science), Administrative Training Institute, Nanital and is attached to various universities as Visiting Faculty. |Braj Bhushan (Ph.D.) is Assistant Professor, Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. He has also worked at the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati as Senior Lecturer. The two authors have together contributed a number of articles in various national and international journals.
