Doug Kraft mentors meditators around the world. He's a meditation teacher, psychotherapist, and ordained Unitarian Universalist minister. He enjoys walks along a River in northern California where he lives with his wife and cat, and has visits from grandchildren. He has written ten books about Buddhist practice.
