Caesar Roy has passed L.L.B. from Calcutta University and completed L.L.M. in Criminal Law. He has also completed PG Diploma in Criminology and Forensic Science. Presently the author is doing Ph.D. under the University of Burdwan, West Bengal. Besides he also successfully completed various Certificate Courses in Criminal Law. Now he is serving as Lecturer in Law in Midnapore Law College, West Bengal. Before joining he has practiced as an Advocate for three years in the Court of Session under Paschim Medinipur District, West Bengal. He has contributed several articles in different reputed journals. He has also participated in various Seminars, Conferences and Symposiums. The author is the Member of various Professional and Learned Bodies and Societies.
