The author has also included several 'horror' stories about clients and depositions, plus 'how to spot a new attorney, ' and other colorful information not usually included in a dry, straight-laced instructional book about some aspect of law. This is the perfect book for any lawyer to have his or her client read before being deposed.

Edwin H. Sinclair, Jr. has been a successful attorney and real estate investor for the past several decades. His other most recent books include: "Publish & Perish: " How Not to Write a Book. First book horror stories and how to avoid them; "Success & How to Get It: " A comprehensive Guide to Personal & Business Behavior for everyone on the success track and "Buying Foreclosures," a very popular book since the sub-prime mortgage crisis. After talking to numerous former clients and associates who have been deposed and taken deposition, Sinclair has designed this book to answer the commonly-asked questions about how a person should properly conduct oneself when being deposed.
