Ziel dieser Arbeit: Darstellung eines kulturhistorischen Überblicks über das Verhältnis zwischen indigenen Kulturen in Nordamerika und der US-Regierung, insbesondere anhand des 20. Jahrhunderts zur Zeit der Durchführung des 'Indian New Deal', aufzuzeigen.

About The Author

Alexander Täuschel wurde 1972 in Darmstadt geboren und wuchs dort in einem der multikulturellen Studentenviertel auf. Er studierte Amerikanistik und Psychoanalyse an der Goethe Universität Frankfurt, von wo aus er auch erste Schriften veröffentlichte. Sein erstes Buch "Lebende Maschinen. Cyborgs, Roboter und deren Menschlichkeit in I, Robot" erschien 2008 im wissenschaftlichen VDM Verlag und erhielt außerdem eine Nominierung als "Beste Abschlussarbeit" der Frankfurter Universität.
