Dirk Erfurth leitet den Career Service der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Er ist langjähriger Karriereberater und Coach. Sein Studium der Sozialwissenschaften hat er in Deutschland und Frankreich absolviert.

Dr. Stephan Pflaum ist Pädagoge und Sozialwissenschaftler. Als Referent im Career Service der LMU, berät er Studierende rund um deren Karrierepläne und organisiert mehr als 100 Career Events pro Jahr mit Unternehmenspartner: innen aus allen Branchen und Berufen.

Johanna Uitz ist Philologin und beim LMU Career Service als Referentin für Internationalisierung und Employability tätig. Ihr Fokus liegt u.a. auf der strategischen Internationalisierung der Services, der Förderung und Integration von internationalen Talenten sowie von Karrierechancen im globalen Kontext.
