Um diese Umstellung zu bewerkstelligen, liegt der Fokus dieser Arbeit auf der Personalwirtschaft. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, die Chancen und Risiken des Personalentwicklungsprozesses zu erarbeiten und diese aufzuzeigen. Im ersten Teil des Assignments richtet sich der Fokus daher auf die Begriffsdefinition der Personalentwicklung und auf den Vergleich verschiedener Definitionsansätze. Anschlie end wird kurz auf die Personalentwicklungsma nahmen eingegangen. Nachfolgend werden die einzelnen Phasen des Personalentwicklungsprozesses erläutert. Das nächste Kapitel bezieht sich auf die Chancen und Risiken der Phasen im Personalentwicklungsprozess. Den Abschluss bildet eine Handlungsempfehlung der Reflexion mit einem Ausblick.
