Inwieweit kann ein Einzelner sein eigenes persönliches geistiges Eigentum selbst verfügen und wo liegen Grenzen dieser Verfügbarkeit? Kann überhaupt ein Verfügungsrecht an geistigem Eigentum bestehen? Welche Voraussetzungen müssen dafür vorliegen? Welche Bedeutung besitzt das geistige Eigentum für den Betrieb?
