Dr Pawan Kumar Singh is the Director of IIM Tiruchirappalli. He has previously served as Director of MDI Gurgaon, Director-in-Charge of IIM Indore, and the first Chair of the Academic Committee and Nodal Officer for IIM Sambalpur. With over three decades of academic experience, he has taught at prestigious institutions like IIM Indore and IIM Mumbai. Dr Singh holds a PhD in Management and postgraduate degrees in Economics and Personnel Management. He began his career in industrial relations with the Bank of India. A prolific author, he has written books on management and Sanskrit scriptures, including Management Sutras from Sanskrit Scriptures and Personality Attributes: Gift of India. His interests include exploring Sanskrit scriptures, cricket, poetry, music and astronomy.
