Chemim Mokrane: - Mokrane CHEMIM est né en Algérie (Kabylie) en pleine guerre de libération. L'indépendance fut pour lui une forme de colonisation intérieure à laquelle il s'opposa tout au long de sa vie. Il fut plusieurs fois victime de la répression exercée par le pouvoir central d'Alger (1980, 1982, 1984, 1985). Soumis à des conditions de harcèlement administratif et policier, il finit par s'exiler en Belgique où il continue de militer pour la restitution de l'identité berbère et pour une deuxième indépendance.
