Zudem wird in der Praxisarbeit erläutert, welche Möglichkeiten sich aus den aktuellen Erkenntnissen des Marketings in Verbindung mit der Psychologie in Bezug auf die emotionale Beeinflussung der Eventbesucher ergeben, um ihnen ein besonderes Erlebnis zu bieten und dadurch dem Firmenziel der Kundenloyalität näher zu kommen. Wie schafft man es, in einer Zeit, in der Events immer beliebter werden, aus der Masse der konkurrierenden Ereignisangebote herauszustechen und den erlebnissuchenden Individuen ein wahres Sinnesfeuerwerk zu vermitteln, das sie bleibend an die Marke und das Unternehmen bindet?
