Zügige Anpassungen an Entwicklungen und schnelle Umsetzung innovativer Ideen sind Schlüsselfaktoren für die Überlebensfähigkeit vieler Unternehmen. Der Faktor "Persönlichkeit" der Mitarbeiter gewinnt hier zunehmend an Bedeutung. Gerade die Unsicherheit, Dynamik und Komplexität der VUCA-Welt stellen Menschen und Unternehmen vor neue persönliche und berufliche Herausforderungen. Instrumente zur Beschreibung menschlichen Verhaltens können hier hilfreich sein, um geeignete Persönlichkeiten für berufliche Fragestellungen zu finden. Persönlichkeitstests gehören in vielen Personalabteilungen zum festen Instrumentarium der Mitarbeiterauswahl.
