Dabei wird die Frage beantwortet, welche Hinweise sie, unter Berücksichtigung ihrer Aussagekraft als systemtheoretische Quelle, bezüglich einer zukünftigen Liebessemantik enthält. Dabei wird zunächst überprüft, inwiefern sich die TV-Serie im Allgemeinen als systemtheoretische Quelle eignet, indem sie im Wesentlichen vorgestellt und beurteilt wird. Daran anschlie end liegt der Schwerpunkt auf der Bestimmung der Liebessemantik von morgen und der Aussagekraft der vorliegenden Quelle, indem die TV-Serie im Vergleich zu Friedrich Schlegels Briefroman Lucinde (1799) betrachtet wird. Dieser gilt als Quelle für den Paradigmenwechsel des Liebesverständnisses im 19. Jahrhundert und es wird überprüft, ob die TV-Serie "Love" vergleichbares leisten kann. Die genaue Umsetzung und Ergebnisse des Vergleichs zeigt das Kapitel selbst, während daraus resultierende Antworten bezüglich der Forschungsfrage in einem abschlie enden Fazit dargestellt und diskutiert werden. Was ist Liebe? Diese Frage hängt eng mit dem Grundbedürfnis des Menschen nach Zuneigung zusammen, weshalb sie sich womöglich jeder einmal gestellt hat. Darüber hinaus aber bildet sie die Grundlage kulturwissenschaftlicher Forschung, die unter anderem das Ziel hat, das gesellschaftliche System durch die Bestimmung der Funktion von Liebe genauer zu definieren. Historisch betrachtet lassen sich somit unterschiedliche Liebessemantiken beschreiben, die durch die jeweiligen kulturellen Umstände begründet werden können und auch das heutige Verständnis von Liebe prägen. Doch wie wird Liebe morgen verstanden? Diese Frage bildet nicht nur das Motiv der folgenden Arbeit, sondern wird bereits zu Beginn des 21. Jahrhunderts bei der
