About The Book

Der Studierende der "Wirtschaftswissenschaften" steht schon bald nach Beginn seines Studiums vor der Frage, wie er wissenschaftliche Arbeiten anzufertigen hat. Die erste Beriihrung mit diesem Problem erhalt er meist in Ubungen oder Seminaren. Es wird von ihm beispielsweise die Anfertigung eines wissen- schaftlichen Referates tiber ein bestimmtes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Thema verlangt. Der Verfasser hat in seiner mehrjahrigen Tiitigkeit als Dozent haufig feststellen konnen, daB viele Studierende nicht wissen, welche Anforderungen an eine wissenschaftliche Arbeit zu stellen sind. In Vorlesungen, Ubungen und Seminaren werden Erlauterungen tiber die Tech- nik des wissenschaftlichen Arbeitens kaum oder nicht hinreichend gegeben. Die Anfertigung der Diplom-Arbeit, die in den letzten Semestern des Stu- diums verlangt wird, stellt den Studierenden vor ganz besondere Schwierig- keiten, denn er weill oft nicht genau, wie er u. a. wissenschaftliche Ergebnisse aus anderen Arbeiten verwerten darf oder wie die FuBnoten-oder Zitaten- technik getibt wird. In der vorliegenden Arbeit findet der Leser nun viele Ratschliige nach der praktischen Seite hin. Bei der Darstellung wurde die "lch-Form" gewahlt, wie der Verfasser dieser Arbeit sie in einer Spezialvorlesung angewandt hat. 1m Anhang werden, urn die Arbeit anschaulicher zu machen, noch Muster- dispositionen wiedergegeben sowie Hinweise maBgebender Professoren tiber besondere Anforderungen an wissenschaftliche Arbeiten. Ich hoffe, daB das Buch den Studierenden der Wirtschafts-und Sozialwissen- schaften, vielen Studierenden der Rechtswissenschaften, dartiber hinaus auch allen, die an Verwaltungs-und Wirtschaftsakademien sowie an verwandten Blldungsanstalten studieren, ein wertvoller Helfer sein wird.
