Diese Publikation besch ftigt sich mit der Aussage, dass Forscher der FU Berlin und TU Wien mit Hilfe eines logisch aufgebauten Computerprogammes die Existenz Gottes bewiesen h tten. Im Laufe des Artikels werden zwar auch die Schwachstellen dieses Beweises dargestellt; das Nachhaltige an dieser Ver ffentlichung ist aber die Erkenntnis, dass auch der hochtechnisierte Mensch unserer Zeit immer noch nach Beweisen f r die Existenz Gottes sucht. Hinter allem Suchen und Beweisen steht auch heute noch die brennende Frage des Menschen nach dem letzten Geheimnis, dem tiefsten Grund und dem Sinn des Ganzen, nach dem Absoluten, nach Gott.2 Das Suchen nach "Gottesbeweisen" scheint also in dieser Zeit trotz aller Technik und allen Fortschritts ein aktuelles Thema zu sein. Gab es eine Suche nach "Gottesbeweisen" auch in den vergangenen Jahrtausenden? Hat diese Frage auch in den vergangenen Zeiten Menschen bewegt, oder glaubte man, ohne zu hinterfragen, an Gott? Diese Fragestellungen verfolgt die Hausarbeit ebenso wie die Thematik, ob ein aktueller "Gottesbeweis" den heutigen Menschen berzeugen kann.
