VFH Wiesbaden, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In dem Ma e wie sich die Gesellschaft ver�ndert, ver�ndern sich auch die kriminogenen Strukturen. Im gleichen Ma e ver�ndern sich die Gegenma nahmen dazu; nicht immer zeitgleich, scheinbar h�ufig sogar einen unvermeidlichen Schritt hinterher. Unbezweifelt beeinflussen sich diese zwei Faktoren gegenseitig. Mit der Entwicklung der Gro st�dte im deutschen Kaiserreich und den zeitgen�ssisch wahrgenommenen ver�nderten Kriminalit�tsstrukturen bildeten sich auch spezialisierte Gegenparts auf der Seite der Polizei heraus. Das Bild des "Berufsverbrechers" l�ste die Debatte aus, wie mit solch unverbesserlichen umzugehen sei. Ein Teil der Ans�tze dazu spiegelt sich in der Debatte um eine Strafrechtsreform, die als "Schulenstreit" bekannt geworden ist. Das deutsche Kaiserreich, die Weimarer Republik und der Nationalsozialismus bilden dabei ganz eigene gesellschaftliche Rahmen, die den Verlauf dieser dreifaltigen Wechselwirkung individuell beeinflussen. W�hrend man sich im Kaiserreich idealistisch um Reformen bem�ht und auf manchen Gebieten v�lliges Neuland betritt, fallen der jungen deutschen Demokratie zwar viele positive Verm�chtnisse kaiserlicher Reformer in den Scho , aber auch eine schier nicht zu bew�ltigende F�lle an Konflikten, die der verlorene Krieg zur�ckl�sst. Der Nationalsozialismus indes befeuert die lange gewachsenen Prozesse mit ideologischer Glut und verbrennt dabei viel rechtsstaatliches, dass der neuen Weltordnung der NS-F�hrung im Weg war. Diese Arbeit wird die kriminalpolitischen Fragen und Entwicklungen nachverfolgen, die zum einen die Institution "Kriminalpolizei" betreffen. Zum anderen deren Einfluss auf die Wahrnehmung der Kriminalit�t als solcher und die Wechselwirkungen zu neuen kriminalpolitischen Konzepten. Diese wiederum sind eng verkn�pft mit dem Rahmen de
