Hoops Von Scheeßel, Jürgen: -

Jürgen Hoops von Scheeßel wurde 1958 in Harburg geboren und wuchs in Scheeßel im Landkreis Rotenburg (Wümme) auf. Hoops von Scheeßel ist seit über einem Vierteljahrhundert als Genealoge, Chronist und Regionalhistoriograph tätig. Seine Forschungen konzentrieren sich auf den Raum des ehemaligen Amtes Rotenburg, heute in etwa der Landkreis Rotenburg (Wümme). Der Autor hat seine Forschungsergebnisse nicht nur für seine historischen Romane aufbereitet, sondern auch in wissenschaftlichen Monografien der Öffentlichkeit zugänglich gemacht.
