Sie ist von der Apothekerkammer Bayern weitergebildet in Homöopathie und Naturheilverfahren und hat eine einjährige Schulung in anthroposophischer Pharmazie absolviert. Fachvorträge und Kongresse im Bereich Homöopathie, Biochemie, anthroposophische Medizin und Spagyrik runden ihre Ausbildung ab. Ferner hat sie in Kaiserslautern ein Aufbaustudium in Gesundheitsmanagement erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Mehrere Jahre war sie in der Ausbildung von Krankenpflegepersonal aktiv. Seit 2006 ist sie als selbstständige Referentin mit naturheilkundlichen Themen sowohl für Laien als auch für Kollegen in ganz Deutschland unterwegs. Sie ist Autorin zahlreicher Ratgeber, die sich sowohl an Laien als auch an Fachpersonal richten.
