Stiftungsrechtstag unter dem Globalthema "Stiftung und Verantwortung" sowie auf dem 16. Stiftungsrechtstag unter dem Globalthema "Stiftungsrecht - neue Chancen und Risiken", jeweils veranstaltet von Fundare e.V., gehalten wurden. Dar�ber hinaus haben noch weitere Beitr�ge Aufnahme gefunden. Es werden nicht nur eingehend zivilrechtliche, sondern auch verwaltungs- und steuerrechtliche Problematiken des Stiftungsrechts beleuchtet, wobei die aktuellen Themen im Stiftungs- und Stiftungssteuerrecht nicht vernachl�ssigt werden.

Die Herausgeber bilden den Vorstand von Fundare e.V.: Rechtsanwalt Prof. Dr. Bernd Andrick ist Vorsitzender Richter am VG a.D. Dr. Matthias Gantenbrink ist Syndikusrechtsanwalt in Bochum. Axel Janitzki ist Rechtsanwalt und Notar a.D. in Bochum. Prof. Dr. Karlheinz Muscheler war Inhaber eines zivilrechtlichen Lehrstuhls an der Ruhr-Universität Bochum und ist seit 2019 emeritiert. Dr. Markus Schewe ist Rechtsanwalt und Notar in Essen. Dr. Sebastian Trappe ist Regierungsrat bei der Finanzverwaltung NRW. Prof. Dr. Katharina Uffmann ist Inhaberin eines zivilrechtlichen Lehrstuhls an der Ruhr-Universität Bochum. Prof. Dr. Sebastian Unger ist Inhaber eines öffentlich-rechtlichen Lehrstuhls an der Ruhr-Universität Bochum.
