Sein individuelles Empfinden muss für den als real verstandenen bzw. bewiesenen Sachverhalt sprechen, er muss daran glauben, nur dann erhält der Sachverhalt den Status Wahrheit. Er entspricht dann der Realität! Mit anderen Worten: Woran der Einzelne nicht glaubt - weil er persönlich so nicht empfindet -, das wird er nicht als Wahrheit akzeptieren, ungeachtet der vorliegenden Beweise. Dazu einige Beispiele: Orthodoxe Christen glauben, ungeachtet wissenschaftlicher Beweise, dass die heutige Menschheit vor 6000 Jahren von Gott erschaffen worden ist. An dem ptolemäischen Weltbild - das die Erde im Mittelpunkt des Sonnensystems sieht - wurde, obwohl längst als falsch erwiesen, noch viele Jahre festgehalten. Oder der Glaube an den freien Willen des Menschen, der bisher nicht zweifelsfrei bewiesen ist. Es lie en sich noch zahlreiche weitere Beispiele anführen. Der Glaube bestimmt beim Menschen, was er als Wahrheit akzeptiert, ungeachtet der Beweise, die die von ihm als Wahrheit betrachtete Begebenheit oder Sichtweise widerlegen. Diese Aussage sollte der Leser/die Leserin im Gedächtnis behalten. Sie ist der Leitsatz für diese Schrift.
