Prof. Dr. Jörn Dosch ist Lehrstuhlinhaber für Internationale Politik und Entwicklungszusammenarbeit am Institut für Politik- und Verwaltungswissenschaften der Universität Rostock. Seit 2003 ist er an mehr als 50 Evaluierungen großer entwicklungspolitischer Programme u.a. der EU, Deutschlands, Norwegens, Finnlands und der Vereinten Nationen beteiligt gewesen

Pamina Becker hat evangelische Religionspädagogik und Sozialwissenschaften für das Lehramt an Gymnasien an der Universität Rostock studiert. Sie lebt in Indien und arbeitet an einer Internationalen Schule in Chennai.
