Gesellschaftliche, soziale und organisationale Rahmenbedingungen, die in der Vergangenheit dazu geführt haben, dass Beruf und anderen Lebensbereiche schwieriger zu vereinbaren wurden, werden aufgezeigt, sowie eine Vielzahl an Ma nahmen, die diesen Problematiken entgegenwirken sollen, werden genannt und erläutert. Anschlie end soll geklärt werden, welche Bedeutung die Work-Life-Balance Ma nahmen für den Mitarbeiter haben, inwiefern diese Chancen, Herausforderungen, aber auch Risiken für diesen bürgen und inwiefern sich Chancen, aber auch Grenzen für das Unternehmen eröffnen. Demnach soll analysiert werden, Inwiefern sich die Einführung von Work-Life-Balance Ma nahmen auf das Empfinden der Mitarbeiter auswirkt und wie dadurch der Erfolg des Unternehmens beeinflusst wird. Es gilt zu klären, ob Unternehmen diese Ma nahmen als gute Tat ihren Mitarbeitern gegenüber einsetzen, oder ob sie lediglich eigenen Profit herausschlagen wollen. Durch den sich stetig und dynamisch verändernden Arbeitsmarkt, den demografischen Wandel und den Wertewandel, werden Menschen nun mehr aufgefordert sich intensiver mit ihrem Lebensinhalt und ihren Lebenszielen zu befassen. Durch den gesellschaftlichen Wohlstand legen Menschen den Fokus immer mehr auf den au erberuflichen Bereich. Doch durch den demografischen Wandel und dem daraus resultierenden Fachkräftemangel und den gleichzeitigen Innovationsdruck ist es für Unternehmen wichtig Mitarbeiter zu binden, dessen Ressourcen zu nutzen und deren Leistungsbereitschaft zu bewahren.
