Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2022 im Fachbereich BWL - Unternehmensführung, Management, Organisation, Note: 1,7, Hochschule Heilbronn Technik Wirtschaft Informatik, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Der Fokus dieser Ausarbeitung liegt in der Beschreibung bzw. dem Herauskristallisieren von Herausforderungen und Chancen, die Homeoffice und damit verbundene Digitalisierungsprojekte für Führung und Unternehmenskultur bereithalten. Obwohl die technischen Möglichkeiten seit einigen Jahren flexible Arbeitsformen ermöglichen, wurde das Homeoffice durch die im Frühjahr 2020 ausgebrochene Corona-Pandemie zum erzwungenen Trend. In dieser Extremsituation wurden Beschäftigte dazu angehalten, wenn möglich, aus dem Homeoffice heraus zu arbeiten, um soziale Kontakte sowie die Verbreitung des Virus zu verhindern. Durch das von der deutschen Regierung verabschiedete Infektionsschutzgesetz ist Homeoffice erstmals zur gesetzlichen Pflicht geworden. Viele Unternehmen wurden ohne Vorbereitungen mit dem neuen Arbeitsmodell konfrontiert, kamen jedoch mit der Umstellung zurecht und in den Genuss der Vorteile, die Homeoffice hat. Es hat den Anschein, dass erst durch den Ausbruch der Pandemie Potenziale des Mobilen Arbeitens erkannt wurden. Es entstand ein regelrechter Hype um das Homeoffice in der neuen Arbeitswelt. Mit diesem Hype einhergehend verstärkten sich Debatten und Studien rund um agile Arbeitsmethoden. Aktuell ist ein Rückgang von pandemiebedingten Ma nahmen zu beobachten und die pandemische Notlage endet. Es bleibt zu beobachten, ob sich der Rückgang der pandemiebedingten Ma nahmen korrelativ zu dem Beschäftigungsgrad im Homeoffice verhält. Durch die sich verändernden Rahmenbedingungen stehen Führungskräfte vor neuen Herausforderungen, da Führung fortan vermehrt über digitale Tools stattfindet. Das Verständnis von Führung verändert sich und mit dem Begriff "Digital Leadership" ist eine Debatte entstanden, die Führung im Prozess der digitalen Transformation thematisiert. Als Antwort auf
