Dieser Band beinhaltet eine studien- und lehrgeeignete sowie praxisnahe Einführung in die Thematik des Diversity-Management-Ansatzes, die zudem Akteurinnen und Akteuren aus Hochschulen und anderen Bildungsinstitutionen praktische Anregungen für die Etablierung von Diversity-Management-Ma nahmen bietet. Der Bedarf einer Aufbereitung für die wissenschaftliche Lehre und die Organisation von Hochschulen ergibt sich aus der immer stärker werdenden Herausforderung zur Formulierung und der reflektierten Umsetzung von Diversity-Management-Konzepten an Bildungseinrichtungen, im speziellen Hochschulen, im deutschsprachigen Raum.
