Rue Domel earned her Bachelor of Science, Master of Education, and Doctor of Educational Administration from the University of Texas in Austin. She has worked for and with the Texas Education Agency, the University of Texas in Austin, Round Rock ISD, Elgin ISD, the Texas Juvenile Justice Department, Chaparral Star Charter School, and Focus Learning Academies. Dr. Domel has served students and stakeholders of the Texas educational system for more than twenty-five years. Classroom teacher, campus administrator, academic coach, and sponsor of various student organizations, she continues to mentor, tutor, and advocate for excellence in education. As a motivational speaker, she inspires her audience to seek higher ground, to accept adversity as opportunity, and to determine their gifts, talents, and ministry.
