DOGA 2025 no es una novela ni una autobiograf�a al uso. Es una declaraci�n de hechos. Un libro de memoria, prueba y restituci�n que documenta un caso real de sustracci�n de identidad y adopci�n fraudulenta ocurrido en Espa�a en 1971, y la lucha posterior por recuperar la filiaci�n biol�gica, el nombre y la genealog�a borradas.
Nacido en Bilbao durante el franquismo, Olmo G�mez Aldaz fue separado de su madre al nacer, inscrito con identidad falsa y entregado mediante una adopci�n irregular dentro de una trama organizada que atraves� instituciones religiosas, m�dicas, administrativas y judiciales. D�cadas despu�s, una investigaci�n sostenida -apoyada en pruebas de ADN, archivo hist�rico y resoluciones judiciales- permiti� demostrar los hechos y culmin� en una sentencia firme que restituye la filiaci�n biol�gica, abriendo un precedente in�dito en el ordenamiento jur�dico espa�ol.
Un archivo convertido en libroDOGA no es un expediente judicial cerrado ni un testimonio sentimental. Es un archivo vivo organizado como declaraci�n p�blica. El libro articula tres planos complementarios:
- Declaraci�n: la narraci�n en primera persona de la p�rdida de identidad, la b�squeda del origen y la confrontaci�n con el sistema que la hizo posible.
- Archivo: documentaci�n original y verificable (partidas registrales, escritura de adopci�n, pruebas de ADN, informes periciales, autos y sentencias).
- Contexto y an�lisis: reconstrucci�n hist�rica del dispositivo que permiti� estas pr�cticas -inclusas, asociaciones religiosas, secreto registral, medicalizaci�n de la maternidad y continuidad institucional entre dictadura y democracia-.
DOGA sostiene una tesis clara: la adopci�n, tal como se ha practicado, no es un acto neutral ni ben�fico, sino una forma de violencia estructural que borra filiaciones, rompe genealog�as y fabrica identidades administrativas. Frente al discurso adoptista y al sentimentalismo reparador, el libro reivindica el derecho a la verdad, a la filiaci�n biol�gica y a la memoria.
Una segunda edici�n que ampl�a el conflicto
Esta segunda edici�n incorpora un bloque in�dito -DOGA sigue vivo- que documenta lo ocurrido tras la sentencia: reacciones institucionales, resistencias discursivas y los l�mites reales del reconocimiento p�blico. Entre esos hechos se incluye la desaparici�n de una informaci�n judicial publicada inicialmente por el diario P�blico y posteriormente autocensurada y eliminada de su hemeroteca digital, un episodio que refuerza la tesis central del libro: el conflicto por la identidad no termina cuando se demuestra la verdad.
El caso expuesto en DOGA desemboca en una situaci�n jur�dicamente excepcional: la coexistencia de filiaci�n biol�gica restituida y filiaci�n adoptiva a�n vigente. Esta anomal�a revela las tensiones entre verdad biol�gica y ficci�n legal y abre un debate de fondo sobre reparaci�n, memoria y la necesidad de revisar -y abolir- los dispositivos que permiten el identicidio, la destrucci�n deliberada del origen.
