Le livre "Droit congolais de la régulation des médias" retrace succinctement l'histoire de la presse en République Démocratique du Congo, du monopole gouvernemental à la libéralisation du secteur. L'ouvrage démontre qu'au sens de cette législation, un professionnel de médias ne peut être attrait devant les instances judiciaires que sur base d'une plainte préalable de l'autorité de régulation. Cela s'explique entre autres par le fait qu'il lui est reconnu le pouvoir de saisir ces instances en cas de violation de la loi pénale par les professionnels de médias dans l'exercice de leur profession et qu'elle est, suivant ladite législation, la seule compétente pour réguler les contenus des médias. L'autorégulation et la corégulation y sont traitées et bien d'autres questions.
