Shyni Duggal, did her graduation and post-graduation in History from the University of Delhi; B.Ed., M.Ed. and Ph.D. from Jamia Millia Islamia; she has deeply studied the system of Open Education (Post-Graduate Diploma and Master's Programme in Distance Education from IGNOU), which transpired her towards the wider spectrum of Distance Education. She has worked with District Institute of Education and Training – Keshav Puram, Delhi as Lecturer and contributed as Resource Person in the In-service Teacher Education Programmes organized for the Elementary Teachers. For the last many years, she has been constantly imparting training in various vocational courses.
